Urban Intelligence helped to achieve a reduction in the use of electricity and water via touch screen technology, which also provides a reduction in expenditure.

Using the touch screen the LED lighting can be adjusted to different modes, the solar panels and usage can be viewed, and the level of water in the property’s rain water tank can be determined.

The home is a unique display of a how Urban Intelligence fully met the brief and was able to deliver the clients request of reducing his carbon footprint. The home has scored an energy rating between 6.2 and 6.5, which is incredibly hard to achieve.
